About the Team

The BIOVIA Strategic Solution Sales team is a dynamic group of professionals who work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and innovation. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across the life sciences industry, from pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to research institutions and academia.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the EMEA region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong knowledge of the life sciences industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in German, French, or Spanish is highly desirable
