About the TeamThe BIOVIA Strategic Solution Sales team is a dynamic group of professionals who work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and innovation. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across the life sciences industry, from pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to research institutions and academia.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including account managers, pre-sales, marketing, and product strategy teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to support sales efforts
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the life sciences industry and its key trends and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus
