As the Operations Manager for our flagship store, you will oversee a dynamic team of 25 individuals, with the potential to expand to 250 during peak events. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by analyzing sales metrics and providing valuable customer insights to enhance the sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- **Pre-Sale Preparation:** Organize, catalog, and display merchandise according to established guidelines.
- **Sales Execution:** Ensure optimal product presentation and inventory levels, while providing exceptional customer service and guidance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and proven leadership capabilities. You should have hands-on experience in showroom operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. A customer-focused, analytical, and results-driven mindset is essential.
Compensation Package
Competitive salary range of 50k-60k, commensurate with experience.
