We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our client, a technology scale-up, in a hardware/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and forecasting, with experience in setting up international subsidiaries and working with venture capitalists.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan, working closely with the CEO to drive financial growth and success.
- Establish and lead a high-performing finance team, setting up financial processes and systems to support the company's expansion.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, and partners, to drive business growth and development.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and other senior leaders, ensuring the company's financial goals are aligned with its overall business objectives.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer in a technology scale-up or emerging business.
- Strong background in financial planning and forecasting, with experience in setting up international subsidiaries.
- Experience working with venture capitalists and other investors.
- Fluency in French and English, with a strong understanding of French rules and regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
