About the RoleAs a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for defining and prioritizing the roadmap for our Digital Workplace services. You'll work closely with our Employee Experience and Business Platforms teams to understand internal customers' needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Define and prioritize the services roadmap, considering Security, Privacy, Sustainability, and Financial aspects.
- Develop action plans and timelines for each request, and share them with stakeholders.
- Organize activities and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, identifying and mitigating risks along the way.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
We're looking for a candidate with +5 years' experience in similar positions, strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management. You should also have a strong business and customer service mindset, as well as empathy and active listening skills.
