- Defining AXA's reinsurance strategy
- Assessing and managing risks
- Protecting the financial stability of the Group

Step into the realm of "Reinsurance Accounting & Administration" and unlock your potential across three geographical divisions and a dynamic cross-functional team. In this role, you will oversee the administrative, accounting, and financial management of Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life reinsurance portfolios within your designated area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the underwriting team to process and record contractual data
- Monitoring, verifying, and processing reinsurance accounts received from ceding companies
- Ensuring consistency and compliance with contractual terms
- Advising cedents and facilitating the production and transmission of reinsurance accounts
- Managing settlements and overseeing financial transactions of third parties to ensure smooth cash flow
Your Path to Success:
To excel in this position, you should possess 5-7 years of technical experience in insurance/reinsurance accounting and a solid grasp of insurance principles. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Your ability to efficiently utilize computer tools and manage data will be critical for maintaining accurate reinsurance records. Your autonomy, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills will enable you to navigate the complexities of reinsurance accounting and establish yourself as a valuable team member.
