Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Software Manager to join our team at Qorvo. As a key member of our UWB Automotive group, you will be responsible for defining and developing solutions for our customers in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers to design and implement UWB software functions, stacks, reference designs, and solutions for automotive applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support customer understanding of Qorvo technology.
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers for UWB ICs and solutions.
- Contribute to customer acquisition and design win value.
- Participate in project follow-up meetings and provide best practices guidance to improve current solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant software engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in software development, with expertise in C/C++ programming, real-time environments, and embedded OS.
- Experience with software test and methodology, QA, and CI.
- Proficiency with embedded systems, digital, and use of lab equipment such as RF spectrum analyzers and MAC protocol software analyzers.
- Hands-on expertise with real-time firmware development and debugging in MCU and real-time OS platforms.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with network MAC, security, and radio communication software layers.
- Experience with CAN, NFC, and Secure Elements.
- Experience with AutoSAR and software automotive standards like Aspice and MISRA-C.
Complementary/Interdisciplinary Skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and respond well to pressure.
- Team player with ability to work on multiple projects and manage priorities.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, internationally.
