Job Summary
Rexel is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Representative to join our team in Alençon, France. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the B2B distribution market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
