Nous sommes une entreprise à taille humaine en pleine expansion, spécialisée dans les solutions de recharge pour véhicules électriques. Nous recherchons un(e) super-héros/héroïne pour rejoindre notre équipe de Performance Operations Manager (F/H).

MissionsSupervision et gestion du parc
  • Devenez le maître des plateformes internes de supervision du parc des bornes ;
  • Surveillez le bon fonctionnement du parc avec un œil de lynx ;
  • Détectez les anomalies avant même qu'elles ne surviennent ;
  • Gérez la puissance passive et dynamique après l'installation comme un pro.
Support Technique et dépannage
  • Soyez les experts de la borne : OCPP, Load Management, Network, ISO ces notions n'auront plus de secrets pour vous ;
  • Vous serez la béquille sur laquelle s'appuieront nos partenaires installateurs pour les assister et les guider lors de la mise en service des bornes ;
  • Soyez le/la champion(ne) de la hotline, en dépannant nos clients ;
  • Résolvez les problèmes de niveau 2 et passez le relais au SAV pour les gros pépins.
Votre profil
  • Diplôme en informatique ou électrotechnique (Bac Pro à Bachelor) ;
  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire (Help desk / Hotliner), idéalement sur une solution P2P.
