About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Batch Scripting.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native level proficiency in French.
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
