About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to take on a pivotal role within our Operational Business Support & Development (OBSD) team. The OBSD team is dedicated to delivering educational services, training, and consultancy to the operational teams within Group Technology Sourcing (GTS). This includes providing training courses across various countries where GTS operates, supporting onboarding processes, managing operational talent programs, developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and overseeing the end-to-end onboarding and training process.

Your Responsibilities

As a Change and Project Manager - Inside Sales, you will be accountable for the overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, and execution of significant and complex work programs benefiting the Inside Sales department and other teams within Group Technology Sourcing. You will ensure that programs are successfully adopted and implemented within the defined timelines and budget. Additionally, you will provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members.

  • Manage and develop programs effectively.
  • Oversee GTS Education Plans, ensuring communication methods are appropriate and the LMS system is fully utilized.
  • Continuously review and enhance training delivery, developing new training areas in collaboration with GTS Lead Trainers.
  • Engage with key stakeholders within GTS operational teams to identify and assess educational needs.
  • Ensure all work programs include an effective people plan that is executed accordingly.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver programs that align with Inside Sales and GTS objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of programs throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Review program scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and advise on program deliverables and tasks.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the program while proactively managing risk mitigation activities.
  • Drive accountability within the team for program results, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
  • Communicate clear expectations to stakeholders and program team members, ensuring acceptance and achievement of program objectives.
  • Provide ongoing status reports to stakeholders regarding progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Manage escalations for any program-related issues or risks that may negatively impact the work program.
  • Mentor team members in leadership, methodology, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Conduct program reviews, post-implementation assessments, and continuous improvement evaluations.
  • Support Computacenter's mission and values of collaboration and success.
  • Ensure training resources are established, adopted, and regularly updated.
  • Implement programs to a high standard, meeting initial success criteria, delivered on time and within budget, and successfully adopted by users.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively at all levels across Europe.
  • Ensure effective management of the program people plan.

Your Profile

  • 7–10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong awareness of the marketplace, industry dynamics, and stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GTS operations.
  • Solid process knowledge for daily business within Inside Sales and GTS.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and leverage relationships to enhance service delivery.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently with a solution-oriented approach.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a goal-oriented work style.
  • High level of cost awareness and customer-centric orientation.
