Personal Assistant to the CEO Ceded Reinsurance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO of our Ceded Reinsurance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide operational support to the CEO, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including planning meetings, coordinating travel, and managing expenses.
  • Organize and coordinate special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing conflicts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, vendors, and clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including providing support to the team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
