Job Description:CRIT is seeking a Technical Support Expert for a client based in Meylan, known for its cutting-edge products and services within the medical sector. The role encompasses the following responsibilities:
- Managing customer inquiries and requests
- Recording interactions in the CRM system
- Diagnosing technical issues and offering effective solutions
- Employing remote assistance tools
- Recognizing and resolving complaints and quality concerns
Work Schedule: Daytime hours (9AM - 5PM) from Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent

Profile Requirements:We are in search of candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, IT, or fluidics. A foundational understanding of scientific and technical principles in the medical diagnostics sector, along with IT knowledge (networks and connections), is essential. Proficiency in computer applications is required. Previous experience in customer-facing technical roles and familiarity with IVD/clinical patient environments would be advantageous.
