About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Lead to join our Client Services team at Amundi Technology. As a Senior Client Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic clients, driving client success, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Client Success Plans to drive client strategic outcomes
  • Orchestrate the delivery of Client Success Plans within Amundi Technology and beyond
  • Lead the Client Success team, creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular monitoring and identification of opportunities for improvement
  • Accountable for client requests resolution, supervising the support activity and rolling out CS best practices
  • Identify upselling opportunities for the Relationship Manager to close
  • Lead the monthly operational client meetings, co-lead the Customer Service review, and report client strategic updates to AMT executive level
