About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Lead to join our Client Services team at Amundi Technology. As a Senior Client Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic clients, driving client success, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Client Success Plans to drive client strategic outcomes
  • Orchestrate the delivery of client services across Amundi Technology and beyond
  • Lead the Client Success team and create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Accountable for client requests resolution and client support team capacity
  • Identify upselling opportunities and organize billable man-days with Relationship Managers
  • Lead monthly operational client meetings and report client strategic updates to AMT executive level
