Job Title: Packaging Optimization Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Packaging Optimization Manager to enhance and optimize packaging processes through continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of manufacturing environments and performance indicators, as well as proficiency in data analysis tools and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardized packaging processes across all production lines.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for packaging personnel.
- Provide ongoing support to packaging teams and address challenges to ensure efficient operations.
- Lead and facilitate root cause analysis initiatives for packaging defects and inefficiencies.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency in packaging processes without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
- Fluency in English is necessary.
- Clear understanding of manufacturing environments and performance indicators.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management.
