Job Title: Sales Team Manager

Back Market is seeking a highly experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our EU markets. As a key member of our Seller Success team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Seller Success Managers, cultivating a high-performance culture, and establishing key performance indicators to assess team success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Seller Success Managers to achieve sales targets and improve seller performance
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture and align team goals with Back Market's ambitions
  • Establish and implement key performance indicators to assess team success and growth
  • Regularly monitor and analyze team performance, taking action to optimize results
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Sales Team Manager with a proven track record of managing a complex portfolio on an international scale
  • Strong analytical skills with proficient use of database tools (SQL is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and marketplace business model
  • Fluent English language skills, with any European language a plus
