Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence and Quality Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our global network, ensuring that our stores meet the highest standards of quality and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level 360° support to countries, visiting stores to identify areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Develop and document group operational standards, ensuring consistency across all businesses and regions.
  • Manage and coordinate major opening projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Participate in the development and roll-out of a 360° group audit and quality program.
  • Train operational teams on operational standards and quality tools.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Management or Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in retail operations and quality assurance.
  • International experience and fluency in English and French.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
