Job Title: Director, Business Services Investment Banking

Job Summary:

Bryan, Garnier & Co is seeking a seasoned Director to join our Investment Banking team. As a key member of our Business Services group, you will be responsible for sourcing new transactions and ensuring effective deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in deal origination and assume a pivotal role in execution and transaction processes
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, and perform financial and strategic analyses
  • Negotiate the main terms of a transaction and supervise and train associate and analyst level bankers
  • Ensure sector coverage and contribute to the overall development of the Investment Banking Business services team requirements

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have significant transaction experience in an international investment bank or a private equity fund (minimum six years). Prior experience in the Business services sector is important, as is the potential to originate.

Desirable Skills:

  • M&A professional with 7-10 years of experience
  • Strong commercial skills, with the ability to handle a client relationship
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to work in a team and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded, autonomous, and able to anticipate and be responsive
