Job Description:

Bryan, Garnier & Co is seeking a highly experienced Director to join our Investment Banking Business Services team. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing new transactions and ensuring effective deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in deal origination and execution
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations
  • Perform financial and strategic analyses
  • Negotiate the main terms of a transaction
  • Supervise and train associate and analyst level bankers
  • Ensure sector coverage and contribute to the overall development of the Investment Banking Business services team

Requirements:

  • Significant transaction experience in an international investment bank or private equity fund (minimum six years)
  • Prior experience in the Business services sector is important as is potential to originate
  • M&A professional with 7-10 years of experience
  • Strong commercial skills and ability to handle a client relationship
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded, autonomous, able to anticipate and be responsive
  • Ability to work in an international environment
