Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Condominium Management Trainer to join our team at FONCIA . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate management and a passion for educating others.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold a degree from a BAC+2/3 program in real estate management,
- Bring a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in condominium management or as a client manager overseeing an operational portfolio of properties,
- Exhibit exceptional verbal communication abilities, with a focus on pedagogy, active listening, and empathy,
- Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating self-reflective capabilities and a willingness to share knowledge in condominium management with peers.
This role entails regular travel across France, averaging 2 days per week, including overnight stays. You will conduct training sessions for 4 days each week.

Required Skills
