Position Overview:
We are looking for a Commercial Logistics and Transport Specialist to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing client relationships and expanding our business reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, oversee, and nurture a portfolio of clients
- Engage in proactive outreach to attract new business
- Maintain an organized database of existing and potential clients
- Participate in client meetings to discuss needs and solutions
- Negotiate pricing and create tailored commercial proposals
- Manage customer invoicing and ensure timely follow-ups
- Monitor service delivery and foster strong customer relationships
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess a background in logistics or commerce, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the freight forwarding industry.
