As a Sales Performance Senior Associate, you will be part of our Global Sales Performance team, driving the growth of our 600 sales teams in France, Germany, Italy, and beyond. Your mission will be to boost our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) per headcount while ensuring scalability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and enforce best-in-class contracting and selling processes
- Build a robust link between our CRM and products to ensure users access only what they pay for
- Convert opportunities by upselling and maximizing MRR
You will work closely with Sales, Strategy, Pricing, and Data teams to optimize processes and identify opportunities. You will also partner with our product teams to build a scalable sales platform that integrates more products and countries.

We are looking for a fast thinker with a detail-oriented, data-driven mindset. You should have strong knowledge of Excel/GSheet modeling and PowerPoint/Sliding.
