Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Amazon Logistics Operations Finance team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finance-related activities, implementing standardized controllership, reporting, and planning processes for our Delivery Stations across the EU.
You will work closely with our global cross-functional business and tech teams to support our rapidly expanding logistics business, promoting controllership, innovation, productivity, and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborate with our business partners to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline finance operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Supervise and own the financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging and solid operational plan.
- Proven experience in financial management, planning, and analysis, preferably in a logistics or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in financial systems, including financial planning and analysis tools, and advanced MSExcel functions.
