We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support a high-profile businesswoman in her daily life and professional endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the businesswoman's schedule and calendar, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, to ensure seamless and stress-free travel experiences.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the businesswoman, providing exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Assist with financial management, including expense tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role, ensuring the businesswoman's personal and professional life remains private and secure.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
