Portfolio Marketing Specialist for Arlo Europe

Arlo Europe, a division of Verisure, is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Portfolio Marketing Associate/Manager to enhance our dynamic Portfolio team. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives and will collaborate closely with various departments, including Operations and Finance.

In this position, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategies that utilize customer insights while fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Your contributions will significantly influence our commercial operations across Europe by refining the customer value proposition and enhancing the overall experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer journey strategies and initiatives based on insights and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, particularly CRM, Technology, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives across all customer interactions.
  • Transform customer insights and data into innovative, personalized experiences that foster loyalty and drive growth.
  • Evaluate the impact of initiatives to identify effectiveness and areas for improvement, focusing on customer retention and re-engagement.
  • Prepare business cases for proposed initiatives to guide portfolio-wide prioritization.
  • Enhance the organization’s understanding of the customer portfolio by improving data quality and reporting tools.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience demonstrating exceptional analytical skills.
  • Experience in strategic consulting or subscription-based business models is highly regarded.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives that yield measurable business results.
