About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Systems Engineer Apprentice to join our team at the Saint-Gobain Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining our Windows and Microsoft applications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and deployment of packages and software updates for our business applications.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of deployed packages and software updates.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to support our IT operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications, including PowerShell and SQL.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
