Transformative Sales Expertise
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Paris, focusing on identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our French business. As a Business Development Representative - Enterprise Sales Expert, you will be responsible for navigating the complex software sales landscape, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and revenue. This role reports to the Sales Director and offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced organization at the forefront of its industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and e-mails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, ensuring a consultative approach to drive sales.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Research new accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through inbound demand generation activities coordinated with Marketing.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of experience in the software sales industry, preferably in the EPM/CPM space.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Knowledge of financial processes will be considered a plus.
- Bachelor level qualification is desirable.
