Your Opportunity
We are seeking a talented individual to drive our Supply Chain Finance operational team at Sidel. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the Finance Supply Chain team to drive industrial performance, ensure compliance, and manage risks.
* Control tower of production cost and planning, providing financial insights and action plans to increase Sidel performance understanding and profitability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, driving supply chain contribution and financial performance.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Supply Chain organization and EVP Supply Chain, ensuring effective business partnering and resource utilization.
* Analyze and optimize production costs, inventory levels, and non-quality costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Drive the implementation of continuous improvements in analysis tools, processes, and IS, ensuring seamless integration with Cost and Process teams.
**Requirements**
* Master's degree in Finance or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Industrial Controlling.
* Strong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of IFRS accounting principles, and advanced knowledge of controlling processes and business planning principles.
* Proven experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/Controlling) in an international and industrial group, with advanced practice of IS tools and digitalization tools.
* Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to lead in a matrix organization.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken.
