Position: Retail Specialist in Sports Footwear

Become a part of our vibrant sports retail organization, committed to enhancing accessibility and sustainability in sports for nearly a century. We are currently seeking a Retail Specialist for our esteemed INTERSPORT outlet.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service, guidance, and support in the areas of Footwear, Running, Team Sports, and Racket Sports. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm
  • Identifying customer preferences and aiding in product selection
  • Processing sales transactions accurately
  • Effectively displaying and promoting products
  • Restocking and organizing merchandise
  • Recommending product options and layout enhancements
  • Engaging in promotional events and activities
  • Upholding a positive representation of the company

This is a full-time opportunity available on a fixed-term contract basis, requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a background in retail and a passion for sports. Strong customer service abilities and a collaborative spirit are essential. Ideally, candidates will possess a sales qualification and prior experience in the sports retail sector.
