Job Summary

The Business Development Manager at Egis Projects is responsible for driving commercial growth and developing the market for O&M activities in Europe and other regions. This role requires a driven and goal-oriented individual with excellent customer relationship skills and a strong understanding of technical and operational environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategic marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong network with industry participants, including customers, partners, and consultants.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial action plans and provide support to production teams.
  • Supervise and contribute to the production of tenders, including bid preparation and submissions.
  • Interface with local BD managers to assess O&M know-how and expand business in the region.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years' proven experience in a sales leadership position.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, basic knowledge in French or another European language a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within defined time lines.
