We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to support the VM team in the Marketing & Communication department at LEMAIRE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating VM activities across the network:
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of in-store VM standards and guidelines in France and abroad.
- Participate in the management of window display deliveries, campaign visuals, and merchandising tools across all points of sale.
- Act as a key support for the implementation of window displays (refresh, Pop-Up, etc.).
- Assist in the setup of showrooms and press days.
- Develop guidelines, newsletters, and VM reports.
- Participate in photo shoots to create guidelines.
- Regularly visit Parisian boutiques (4 points of sale).
- Monitor VM tool stocks.
- Monitor orders and sourcing of merchandising tools.
- Prepare opening kits for new boutiques or renovated stores.
- Contribute to the development of merchandising tools.
Required Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with field experience in the Luxury or Fashion sector.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, the different universes of the House, and the challenges involved.
They will be proficient in the necessary digital tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, SketchUp).
They will be organized, structured, and recognized for their relational skills and adaptability.
They will have excellent English language skills.
