Your Day-to-Day Life

Within the Global Key Account team, in partnership with Global Key and Strategic Account Managers of the group, you will lead the customers' offer preparation (based on identified needs or coming from a tender) and the deployment of the resulting services in partnership with the customers. Your main missions are the following:

  • Offers Preparation in relationship with the Global Key Account Manager / Strategic Account Manager, adjusted to the client's needs, based on the information collected (specifications, prices) and according to the client's schedule,
  • Coordination of the deployment of services up to customer's expectation, reporting and progress update to the project steering committee; Anticipation of possible issues (delays, resources...),
  • Contribution to business development by collecting and sharing with the GKA team the opportunities that arise from your regular interactions with customers,
  • Support to the setup of GKA center of expertises by helping the definition of best practices (in particular responding to tenders), the development of strategic plans, etc...

Your Profile

You:

  • are graduated from an engineering school or a business school
  • are experienced in customer relationships requiring project management skills
  • already managed projects involving a multitude of stakeholders from different functions
  • are customer oriented and easily build a relationship of trust
  • take initiatives and anticipate issues
  • are used to coordinate activities and seek alignment within an international environment
  • speak English. An additional language is a plus.

A scientific background in Microbiology or Chemistry can be a plus.
