About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Axians CS Lyon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of IT services and ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the IT service delivery team to ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Act as a technical expert and provide guidance to the team on complex technical issues
  • Coordinate emergency interventions and incident response for critical issues affecting our clients
  • Validate technical documents and aspects related to service transitions, in collaboration with the BUILD team and Transition Manager
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and monitor the health of our data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the IT team
  • Participate in studies and decision-making processes related to service management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering)
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data center operations
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware), and IT service management tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
