Lead and Optimize Infrastructure Operations for Our Clients

As Head of Infrastructure & Cloud Services, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and evolution of our clients' IT environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process improvements, developing managed services, and fostering strong client relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise ticket management and team activities to ensure efficient resolution times and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide technical guidance and support as a subject matter expert on escalated issues.
  • Coordinate emergency response efforts during critical incidents affecting our clients' infrastructure.
  • Validate technical documentation and aspects related to incoming transitions to operations, collaborating closely with development teams and the Transition Manager.
  • Develop and expand service offerings through proactive engagement with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and value-added solutions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and monitoring of hosted system fleets, ensuring optimal performance, partner support, and robust security measures.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive training program tailored to the technologies utilized by the team, encompassing both current and emerging solutions.

You will participate in on-call rotations to guarantee 24/7 availability for client infrastructure. Your technical expertise will also be invaluable in contributing to studies (GO/NO GO) and decision-making processes related to managed services.

Your Qualifications:

We seek a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure. A strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and on-premises systems (VMWARE, VEEAM, HPE/DELL, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux), along with proficiency in monitoring tools like Centreon, is essential.

Relevant certifications such as AWS SysOps, Azure AZ104/AZ140, Veeam VCME, VMWARE VCTA/VCP/VCAP/VCIA are highly valued.
