To support our growing operations, we are seeking a dedicated full-time professional:

Infrastructure & Cloud Team Supervisor (F/H)

In a collaborative environment, your primary responsibility will be to manage the service center's operations, concentrating on system and cloud infrastructures, alongside a team of skilled technicians and engineers.

As a pivotal contributor to our organization's success, you will have the chance to refine and enhance the management and maintenance processes of our clients' infrastructures, showcasing your technical acumen and independence.

  • Oversee ticket management and the team's operational performance to improve resolution times and prioritize tasks in line with service level agreements (GTR/GTI).
  • Serve as a technical authority on escalated team issues.
  • Coordinate urgent responses in the event of critical incidents affecting our clients.
  • Review and approve documentation and technical elements related to incoming transitions to operational status, collaborating with BUILD teams and the Transition Manager.
  • Expand the service offerings of the service center through your ability to foster strong client relationships (upselling).
  • Ensure the upkeep and monitoring of hosted system environments, guaranteeing their optimal performance, support at our partners, and security.
  • Develop a tailored training program suited to the technologies utilized daily and those implemented in projects by the dedicated team.

Be prepared to participate in an on-call rotation to guarantee 24/7 availability of client infrastructures.

Engage in assessments (GO/NO GO) and decision-making processes based on your technical expertise regarding managed services.

Your passion for technical challenges, combined with substantial experience in customer service management, drives your motivation to lead a technical team while fully committing to process enhancement and the development of managed services to ensure operational continuity for our clients.

With a Master's degree and a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience, you possess familiarity with Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, as well as on-premises system infrastructures including VMWARE, VEEAM, HPE/DELL, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and monitoring with Centreon.

Certifications such as AWS SysOps, Azure AZ104/AZ140, Veeam VCME, and VMWARE VCTA/VCP/VCAP/VCIA are valuable assets you bring.
