Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Models & Platform Manager to join our Group Chief Underwriting Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing models and platforms that drive profit and growth across our commercial and retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain pricing models that are data-driven and scalable, leveraging advanced analytics and technology.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, entities, and pricing teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Design and implement pricing platforms that enable real-time updates and dynamic pricing.
  • Facilitate global pricing tool usage through sharing best practices, developing user guides, and maintaining records within a central model database.
  • Support the Technical Data Office (TDO) strategy with regard to technical pricing and contribute to the building of pricing platforms and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Fully certified actuary with extensive experience in building pricing and analytical models within an AXA entity or other company.
  • Proven experience interacting with pricing and TDO leaders and evolving in matrixed environments.
  • Ability to directly support data, technology, pricing model, and analytics strategies.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience programming in Python/R, SQL, and Excel/VBA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
