Pricing Actuary/Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Actuary/Data Scientist to join our team at the AXA Group. As a key member of our Global Chief Underwriting Office, you will play a critical role in establishing, enabling, and driving profit and growth through Product Underwriting Strategy, Portfolio Design, and Technical Underwriting Excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute an enterprise pricing model strategy that enables a strong link to data, analytics, and technology.
- Support the strategic vision for predictive modeling capabilities to support pricing and underwriting.
- Contribute to the development of the pricing platform, developing pricing models with scalable languages and building towards globally consistent and flexible models.
- Facilitate global pricing tool usage through sharing best practices, developing user guides, and maintaining records within a central model database.
- Support the Technical Data Office (TDO) strategy with regard to technical pricing and support the building of pricing platforms and methodologies.
- Work closely with pricing actuaries, data scientists, and underwriting to deliver advanced analytical insights that support profitable growth.
- Participate in enhancements of analytic offerings and creation of new internal practice standards.
- Work with IT to implement models and create architecture to support data collection and validation.
- Research new strategic approaches to modeling and pricing methodologies to improve model performance.
- Engage with Underwriting/Pricing to solve complex model problems and educate and enable Underwriters and Pricing Actuaries in model usage.
- Fully or partially certified actuary with data science experience.
- Experience in building pricing and analytical models within an AXA entity or other company.
- Ability to directly support the data, technology, pricing model, and analytics strategies.
- Proven experience interacting with Pricing and TDO leaders and evolving in matrixed environments.
- Experience in implementing change and building relationships.
