Job Description

Qomon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of company roadmaps and projects, ensuring smooth operation and performance across the organization.
  • Own company methods, processes, and operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to refine our business model and make key strategic decisions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and budgeting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in shaping and scaling companies.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear and compelling messages to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic and ever-changing landscape.
  • Passion for innovation, with a genuine interest in digital technologies and management techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the SaaS industry or a similar sector.
  • Background in strategy, project management, or operations.
  • Experience working with the US market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
