Job Description

Qomon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of company roadmaps and projects, ensuring smooth operation and performance across the organization.
  • Own company methods, processes, and operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to refine our business model and make key strategic decisions to achieve our objectives and business plan.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and collaborate with the CFO as a Service, legal advisors, and accountants in France and the US to ensure compliance, timely reporting, process improvements, and managing payroll.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of professional experience with relevant experience in shaping and scaling companies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clear and compelling messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the SaaS industry and/or in our sector.
  • True passion for our sector and commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Experience working with the US market and international teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
