Rejoignez nos équipes, en tant que Package Manager sur un projet de décarbonation à grande échelle en phase développement depuis Paris.
Vous avez l'occasion de participer à un projet de construction d'unité de captage de CO2 pour le liquéfier, le stocker temporairement et le charger sur des navires spécialisés.

Vos Missions

En tant que Package Manager, votre rôle sera de soutenir le Directeur de Projet.

Ainsi, vous aurez la responsabilité de :

* Assister le Directeur de projet dans les appels d'offres et la préparation des contrats EPC, à valider après la Décision Finale d'Investissement (FID).
* Gérer la consultation pour les contrats EPC (2 lots : Process et Jetty), incluant la préparation du dossier ITB, la liste des soumissionnaires, les clarifications, et la Recommandation d'attribution.
* Coordonner les fonctions impliquées : approvisionnement, juridique, ingénierie.
* Définir des interfaces solides entre les lots EPC pour réduire les risques d'exécution.
* Définir le périmètre des contrats des Ingénieurs du Maître d'Ouvrage (2 lots : Process et Jetty), organiser les appels d'offres et préparer leur mobilisation pour le FID.
* Mettre en oeuvre un processus d'évaluation des Risques et Opportunités conforme aux procédures du client.
* Promouvoir des opportunités et innovations pour améliorer la compétitivité.
* Coordonner les activités du projet, respecter les délais et jalons.
* Participer aux réunions de revue de projet et gérer les questions techniques, commerciales et juridiques.
* Collaborer avec les équipes et parties prenantes pour garantir que les solutions techniques répondent aux exigences commerciales et financières.

Profil Recherche

* Connaissance des principales étapes d'exécution des projets EPC sur des projets industriels à grandes échelles
* Expérience significative des appels d'offres EPC
* Connaissance de base en conception de procédés et technologies sera également appréciée.
* Mentalité orientée solutions, pour identifier des solutions dans l'intérêt des partenaires en mobilisant les ressources nécessaires
* Capacité à comprendre et challenger les ingénieurs de diverses disciplines de l'ingénierie
* Bon négociateur
* Maitrise de l'Anglais
