Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager - Beauty Distribution, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance sales, marketing, and education team for our new entity in France. You will adopt and implement our corporate DNA, business model, processes, and systems to the French market. Your key objectives will include building strong relations with key accounts/chains, key salons, academies, and schools. You will create and drive local sales initiatives and events, and be the connection between the French and global team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about relation-based sales, communication, growth, and results. You will require a native-like level of French and fluent English. Experience in B2B sales and/or in the professional cosmetics industry are additional assets. You will be working in a start-up atmosphere within a professional environment with solid processes and a healthy financial structure. You will have access to top-notch education, CRM, lead generation, and sales funnel platform to support your sales and management tasks.
