About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Property Financial Manager to join our team at Select Assistants. As a key member of our property management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process invoices for multiple property sites, ensuring accurate uploads to Rent Manager.
- Review and allocate expenses to the correct general ledger accounts based on vendor services provided.
- Reconcile bank accounts for each site on a monthly basis, verifying all transactions for accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate closely with on-site staff, the back office, and other team members to gather necessary details and confirm important financial information.
- Maintain open and professional communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve any questions or issues that arise.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a candidate with:
Previous experience in property management, with a strong understanding of financial demands.Comfort working remotely for U.S.-based companies and managing workload effectively in a virtual setting.Familiarity with property management software like Rent Manager, CRM systems, or QuickBooks, with the ability to learn new software quickly.A proven background in bookkeeping or accounts payable, especially in a property management context.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to spot discrepancies or unusual transactions.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and team members.A solid understanding of property management expenses and cost allocation.What We Offer
