About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduling Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Bid and Project Support Planning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules for our bid and project teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential delays and risks, ensuring project schedules are realistic and achievable.
  • Provide expert scheduling advice and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to deliver projects on time.
  • Contribute to the development of project schedules, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage and maintain project schedules, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree and 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the industrial or railway sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a strong understanding of project scheduling processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • High level of English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
