About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduling Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Bid and Project Support Planning team, you will be responsible for providing expert scheduling support to our bid and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules for our bid and project teams
  • Provide expert scheduling support to our bid and project teams
  • Manage the planning and coordination of project deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project schedules are aligned with business objectives
  • Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and delays
Requirements
  • Engineering degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling with an industrial or railway background
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
