Mölnlycke is on the lookout for a dedicated Wound Care Sales Specialist for a permanent role in the PACCA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embracing challenges with adaptability
  • Leveraging sales data to identify and prioritize targets, developing strategic action plans to enhance sales and expand the market
  • Contributing to the formulation and execution of targeting strategies based on customer segmentation
  • Crafting a comprehensive action plan to identify, target, and capitalize on commercial opportunities within the designated area, including initiating online sales and marketing efforts
  • Regularly updating customer information and planning activities within the CRM system
  • Delivering the expected level of activity to ensure comprehensive coverage and frequency of engagement with targeted customers for effective product promotion aligned with national strategies

Target Customer Engagement:

  • Building and nurturing commercial relationships with all key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including specialist physicians, community healthcare providers, and pharmacists
  • Enhancing existing client relationships by providing tailored solutions to their needs, fostering loyalty to drive sales growth
  • Identifying and pursuing new prospects to broaden the client base and increase sales
  • Consistently ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding their expectations
  • Mastering technical sales skills to identify and address client and prospect challenges for sector growth

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Gathering and reporting competitive intelligence and product insights to keep the organization informed and agile in the competitive landscape
  • Establishing a robust collaboration network with internal and external partners within the sector
  • Actively participating and contributing at all organizational levels (regional teams, reference groups, seminars)
  • Effectively planning and prioritizing commercial activities and customer interactions using company-provided tools for analysis, reporting, and management to achieve sales objectives
  • Optimizing and adhering to allocated budgets for public relations and sampling in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Proposing annual market strategies or commercial offers to targeted pharmacies in line with the defined strategy
  • Demonstrating ethical conduct and integrity in all commercial interactions to uphold and enhance Mölnlycke Health Care's reputation

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Familiarity with wound care products
  • Strong commercial, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • 3 to 4 years of commercial experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, engaging with specialists, pharmacists, and community healthcare providers
