We provide expert services in packaging, transportation, and conservation of artworks, with a global presence and a team of experienced professionals.
Our Mission
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Art Service department as a Logistics Project Manager for Artworks.
- You will be responsible for coordinating the administrative and logistical aspects of artwork transportation, including working with our technical services and international partners.
- You will ensure seamless communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- You will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to artwork transportation, including booking transportation, planning operations, preparing customs and insurance documents, and invoicing.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our technical teams.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in international commerce or logistics (Bac + 3 degree or equivalent).
- You should have a strong interest in project management and logistics, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will benefit from a comprehensive training program in our expertise.
- You should be highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- You should be fluent in English (language of work).
