ENGIE Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Leader to become part of the Grand Projects team within the IDF Territory Development Department. In this position, you will take charge of designing, developing, and presenting proposals for Urban Heat Networks. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams in the establishment of new urban heat networks (including Geothermal, Biomass, etc.), as well as the acquisition and renegotiation of existing networks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating offer strategies in collaboration with the Development Department and General Management
- Identifying innovative technical solutions tailored to client requirements
- Leading a multidisciplinary team in project strategy from initial concept to contract execution (including studies, expert evaluations, and legal considerations)
- Managing external stakeholders such as engineering firms, experts, and architects
- Serving as the primary commercial contact for the project with the client
- Educational Background: Degree in General Engineering or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in managing energy projects with commercial elements, along with knowledge of heat networks or industrial assets
