Your Role: Communication Project Manager
As a Communication Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping Plaine Commune's communication strategy and ensuring its successful implementation. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs and develop tailored communication plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Analyze and Respond to Communication Needs: Collaborate with relevant departments to identify communication challenges and opportunities, proposing strategic solutions to achieve specific goals.
- Develop Comprehensive Communication Plans: Design and implement effective communication strategies, encompassing diverse channels and tactics, to reach target audiences and drive desired outcomes.
- Manage Budgets Effectively: Oversee allocated communication budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Lead Content Creation and Dissemination: Oversee the design and production of communication materials, collaborating with partners or suppliers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinate the dissemination of content across various platforms.
- Foster Collaboration and Alignment: Participate actively in project teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between departments to achieve shared objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Prepare technical specifications for communication contracts and tenders, leveraging your expertise to secure optimal outcomes.
Your Profile: A Communication Strategist with Local Authority Experience
We seek a highly motivated individual with a strong background in communication, preferably within a local authority context. Your deep understanding of the local environment and proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies will be invaluable.
- Education and Experience: A Master's Degree in Communication is preferred, coupled with 2-5 years of experience in a local authority, communication department, or agency.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design principles, social media platforms, and project management methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with creativity, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills. You thrive in collaborative environments and possess excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
