Flow Simulation Manager

Eramet is seeking a highly skilled Flow Simulation Manager to join our Supply Chain department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating complex modeling projects and providing technical expertise to ensure the quality of our flow simulations.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of our flow simulations
- Provide technical assistance to users in the use of flow simulation methods and tools
- Lead modeling and simulation projects, particularly those requiring advanced expertise
- Develop and maintain a user community to share best practices and ensure consistency of models
- Manage the flow simulation study portfolio, track progress, and ensure proper documentation
- Conduct ongoing methodological and technological monitoring to ensure Eramet uses the best available solutions
- Participate in operational excellence initiatives across the group's sites, either as a Supply Chain expert or in supervising local teams
- Act as a Supply Chain expert in group projects
- Degree in Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
- Fluent in English and French
- Expertise in using flow simulation tools such as Arena, Flexsim, Witness, Plants, AnyLogic, and ExtendSim
- Strong knowledge of the SCOR model and proficiency in continuous improvement tools, particularly Lean Six Sigma
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment, with intellectual curiosity and strong listening skills
- Natural leadership with the ability to unite teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and rigorous work capabilities
